fxcss watch

Creates a small working theme you can edit immediately. Save changes to chrome/userChrome.css while watch is running to see them in Firefox. Stop with Ctrl-C when you want to run another command. The starter is also used by fxcss's own browser tests; an existing non-empty directory is left alone.
